Symmetry in Space

We will study the symmetry properties through the beauty of geometric patterns in space. This is not a standard geometry course which tends to be axiomatic and inductive. Rather, we will have a wonderful tour to explore the scenic side of this topic through thinking process and pattern recognition. In this course we will learn how to appreciate and interpret manmade and natural patterns. Geometer’s Sketch Pad will be used in this course but the knowledge of GSP in not a prerequisite. There is no textbook needed for this course.
