Distance Education students are welcome to use our site to take their required tests.  Please contact us to make sure staff will be available to proctor for you.  It is also the student's responsibility to make sure all the required forms and permissions are in place!

WEEKDAYS Monday through Friday:  Office hours are from 8:15 am to 5:15 pm.  Please plan to arrive in time to complete your exam by the end of office hours.  Call and schedule a time to take your exam.

WEEKNIGHTS Monday through Thursday:  Classes begin at 5 pm, and you should plan on starting your exam at 5 pm to ensure you will have adequate time to finish.  The building closes when classes end.  Please call or email Roger at rwoodard@ccs.ua.edu to schedule an exam Monday through Thursday.

FRIDAY EVENINGS:  Staff are typically not available after 5pm to proctor exams on Friday.  Plan on starting your exam by 2pm at the latest on Fridays.

SATURDAYS:  Classes typically begin at 9 am.  Plan on starting your exam shortly after 9 am if testing in the morning.  Plan on starting your exam by 2 pm if testing in the afternoon.  Availability of staff is dependent on class meeting times.  The building closes when classes end.  Please call or email Roger at rwoodard@ccs.ua.edu to schedule an exam on Saturday.

SUNDAYS:  The Gadsden Center is not open on Sunday.
